I went to lighting shop, they are not selling the basic lamp combination. They asked me to try my luck at electrical shop. I went to electrical shop, try to explain what I want...And they try to understand what I am going to do with the lamp...Hahaha, very funny...they guess I am primary school teacher - teach children to do lantern. The boss and lady boss keep saying 'very dangerous'...kakaka...
After half an hour, the boss manage to fix a basic lamp combination for me: wooden stand + wire + base + lamp bulb + plug...Hohoho...happy : )
But again the boss said, "no next time"...wah really so hard to fix meh?
For a few days thinking how to do my DIY table lamp...
Sat 3:30pm in office, my eyes sought around...
* Bird cage too small
* Wire too thin
* Ah-ha....the coin box cover...which I was not willing to throw away since 2007...Yes, this is the perfect one!
Faster cut a transparent fabric, sew it to shape...wear it to the plastic cover...fix the lamp...hand-draw Heart Handy on card and carve it....
Teng-teng-teng-teng...switch on the light...Yes! This is what in my mind!
5:30pm leave office with a smile : )
